RFU Registration Form - Edition 21 2012/13 Season

To play First XV Rugby for Crowborough , you must be registered with both the Club and the RFU. The attached form, (Under Related Documents) is to be completed and signed by you at least 10 days before you can play for the Club.

Please complete the form and return to either Eddie Bridge, (the Clubs registration officer) or Ian Geering, ( 1st XV Team Coodinator) as soon as possible.
