We'd like to say a huge thank you to all of those who gave their time and helped on the CRFC stand at today's Crowborough Fun Day - they are Nigel Jarvis (who not only organised but also manned the stand the whole day), Adam Westmoreland, Helen Veitch, Greg Hillman, Paul Ritchie, Sheldon Rogers, Caroline Hill, Jez Hill, Franco Picco, Jon O'Keeffe and Paul Harding.

We wanted to increase awareness of the club and ultimately recruit new members/players and we must have had a couple of hundred children/parents visit the stand. Most played a passing game that some of the U6 and U7 players helped to run and many others had a go on a lucky dip.

Big thank you's go to John Lamplugh without whom the day would not have happened, Shaun Hamilton and Sandra Hepple for their generosity in providing the lucky dip prizes, U11 Josh Jarvis who put in a 6 hour stint on the stand and David Bennett for his help at both the start and end of the day.

We received some terrific comments from members of the public today and demonstrated what a great community club we are.
