NOTICE is herby given of the Crowborough RFC Annual General Meeting...          

     To be held in the clubhouse on Wednesday 23^rd June 2010 commencing at 8.00pm. Please make every effort to attend. Nominations for officers, which must be in writing and proposed and seconded by a full member of the Club, must reach me by no later than Monday 14^th June 2010. Notice of any formal items must similarly be in writing and reach me by Monday 14^th June 2009. 

At the end of formal business other items, which have been submitted in writing by 14th June, can be raised.
