CALLING NOTICE FOR ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 9TH SEPTEMBER 2011

NOTICE is hereby given of the postponed Annual General Meeting of Crowborough Rugby Football Club Ltd to be held at the New Clubhouse on Friday 9th September 2011 commencing at 8.00pm. Please make every effort to attend what will be a very important meeting in the club’s history. Members will also have the opportunity to view the new clubhouse.

Nominations for officers, which must be in writing and proposed and seconded by a full member of the Club, must reach me by no later than Friday 2^nd September 2011.

Notice of any formal items must, similarly, be in writing and reach me by Friday 2^nd September 2011. 

At the end of formal business other items, which have been submitted in writing by 2^nd September, can be raised.
