Ted (The Bread) James Memorial Lunch

On Saturday the 19^th September 2009, we are holding a memorial lunch to celebrate Ted James’ life and his exploits with Crowborough Rugby Football Club. On that day the 1^st XV team are playing their first home league game of the season against local rivals and long term friends East Grinstead RFC.

The aim on the day is to: Have a great lunch meeting old friends and “chewing the cud” about Ted and his many adventures e.g. Vets Tours, The Three Peaks, etc; Support the 1^st team at the start of what promises to be a great season; Enjoy the occasion. With this in mind I am trying to pull together anecdotes of Ted which can be set together in a program for the day.
