2nd XV

For the first time ever the 2nd team has a dedicated Coach, John Sayer, and a dedicated Team Manager Arran Faramus to support the elected Team Captain Phil Cooper. All second team players are part of the first team squad and it is the Coaches ambition to lessen the gap between the playing standards of the First and Second Teams.  Players will move up and down between the teams and the transition will be seamless. The team has two realistic ambitions this year, to win the League, Sussex 2 East and the Sussex Vase KO cup.  

The team will consist of many players who have played at the club through minis & juniors.  Both Arran and Phil were minis not so long ago and so will be many of the other players who have recently returned from University.  The team will be supplemented by promising new arrivals and some old Crowborough heads who will add stability and experience to the youthful exhuberance.
