HOW TO JOIN

Joining the club is easy regardless of whether you want to play, your child/children want to play or you just want to become a social member. Typically we invite you down to the club either on training nights or match days to meet other players / members and experience the warm welcome and friendly environment the club provides. 

We will then ask you to fill out a membership form that contains all regulatory RFU information and helpful data that allows CRFC to communicate with its members. For mini, junior and girl players’ additional information is required to ensure we comply with the latest health and Safety and child protection policies Once these forms are completed an annual membership fee will be required, this can either be paid by cheque or standing order. All forms should then be handed in to the Membership Secretary Simon Davies  sdgas@aol.com  01892 663195 07909 808317, Team captain or coach as soon as possible at the start of the season.

SUBSCRIPTIONS 20110/12

PAY YOUR ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION We are adopting a fairer and hassle- free way to pay your subscriptions and match fees. Payments for playing rugby and being a member of CRFC will now be spread over 12 months by setting up a Standing Order with your bank. Paying by Standing Order means you will then PAY NO MATCH FEES! All CRFC players will be given two simple forms to complete. One form to set up a Monthly Standing Order at your bank, the other for the club to claim ‘Gift Aid’* (full details can be found on the club website.) These forms will be given to you (or be obtained from) the Membership Secretary, and you will be asked to fill these in and return them to the Membership Secretary as soon as possible.  

The Standing Order rates are as follows: 

Senior Playing Member – 12 monthly payments by Standing Order of £15per month 

Senior Player with Mini/Junior family as above plus £25 

Senior Playing Member Students- 12 monthly payments by Standing Order of £10 per month 

Non-Playing Member - £10per month by Standing Order All Senior Playing & Non-Playing Members above will have

Full Club Membership    

Those Casual Players choosing not to pay by standing order will pay £12 per match (£5 for students) and will not (for voting purposes etc) be considered ‘Full’ Club Members.  

Junior Players - No increase this season, we hope parents will use the new clubhouse on Sundays for refreshments.
