This season we have a new Captain, Phil Hart; a new sponsor, Sterling Joinery; and a new league structure. For the 2018-2019 season, The Crows are playing in the Sussex East 4 ‘Albion Ale’ league, a new ‘waterfall’ approach.
The ethos of the squad is ‘The Crows play harder’ and is reflected on the pitch by enjoying our rugby, playing for each other and always playing to win. We have a wide range of ages and abilities, with those in their twilight years helping the younger (and newer) squad members learn the nuances of our great game.
With regular social events such as curry nights, family events, the Races, annual Tour, and not forgetting the infamous annual Crows Quiz night we have just a bit of fun off the pitch too!
Training on Thursday evenings is from 7.30pm, for all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re an experienced player; returning from injury; new to the game; or moving from junior into senior rugby, all are very welcome.
If you’d like to know more, or be part of The Crows phenomenon, please contact Phil Hart on firstname.lastname@example.org.
As ever The Crows are grateful to our sponsor Sterling Joinery, and to all the players and supporters who have contributed funds and volunteered their time for the squad.
