An idea raised at the coaches meeting was to try to do some more internal sessions to share ideas, build confidence and encourage new coaches to join in. We are going to experiment with an “after training” time slot. There’ll be a couple of things to do setup next to us to keep our kids busy - ideally so we don’t need a free time pass!  

What’s the idea?

Fun, Informal session.
Get to know other age group coaches.
Have a chat about how we are coaching this year. (Movement, Session structure, Communication with players.
Practice some coaching skills (for those who want to).

The session is open to all coaches and anyone interested in joining in.
