Teams

This is a fun session aimed at fitness and gaining some rugby skills. No experience necessary and any level of fitness can join in - only enthusiasm needed! Studs if you have them otherwise trail trainers or ordinary trainers (especially when the ground gets drier). Open to girls in Year 5 and upwards (£1 a session) and over 18s (£2 a session).
