1. Eligibility
- The promotion is open to current Crowborough Rugby Club Mini & Junior members who have paid their subscriptions for the 2025/2026 season.
- The referred individual (“Referred Member”) must be a completely new member who has not previously registered with the Club.

2. How to Enter
- To qualify, an existing member (“Referrer”) must introduce a new member to the Club.
- The Referred Member must:
1 . Complete their membership registration with the Club, and
2. Pay their full subscription fee in line with Club rules within one month of their first training session.
- Once the Referred Member’s subscription has been paid, the Referrer will be entered into the prize draw.
- Each valid referral equals one entry. Multiple entries are permitted.

3. Prize Draw
- The prize is £200, payable by bank transfer or cheque.
- The promotion period runs from Sunday 14th September 2025 to 30th November 2025
- The draw will take place on Sunday 7th Dec 2025 and the winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- The prize is non-transferable and no alternative will be offered.

4. General Conditions
- The Club reserves the right to verify the eligibility of both Referrers and Referred Members.
- The Club reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Any participant found to be in breach of these Terms may be disqualified.
- The Club’s decision in all matters relating to the promotion is final.

5. Liability
- The Club accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant as a result of entering this promotion or accepting the prize, except as required by law.
