The Crows headed down to Hastings to play Cinque Ports in what would turn out to be a very wet game.
The boys started strong with a big hit from Will Rockall. Michael ball made a high tackle but was later knocked out because of it. Some say he just wanted to avoid the mud and rain and cosy up in the club house with a pint.
John Elms scored the Crows only try with brilliant touch down. His first try in 2 years. Mark Wilson advised he should be in the report (and there's his mention...)
Several of the boys nearly drowned in the foot deep puddles and I keep finding sand everywhere!
Burgess hill 2s next week at home hopefully where we will be donning a new kit.
