<p>Welcome to the U16’s – SEASON 2019/20</p><p>The U16’s is a friendly squad focused on enjoyment and having fun whilst developing the skills, fitness and core values central to the game of rugby.</p><p>Experience or level of ability does not matter, all players will be given the required coaching and support to move them on at a pace they are comfortable with.</p><p>One thing for sure, you will have fun from the very start.</p><p>Our existing squad has a wide range of experience, some boys have played since the age of 5 and others only started playing rugby last season.</p><p>This season we are playing in League 3 of the Sussex U16 Merit League. Our league matches are complimented with friendly fixtures and coaching sessions. A full list of fixtures and training dates can be downloaded from this site. This will change from time to time when new fixtures are added or cancelled.</p><p>The U16’s have a single team and our intention is that all the boys will play in fixtures using rotation and rolling subs to ensure game time.<br>We have fixtures/training on Sundays from 10am-12pm plus Thursday evenings at 18:30 - 19.30 at the club.</p><p>If you are interested in your son joining the U16’s please come along to any of our home training sessions and/or give me a call.</p><p>Jeremy Evans<br>Head Coach<br>07810 897061</p>
