Accident & Emergency Procedures

Attached you will find:

1] The CRFC Accident & Emergency Procedures Document:

This document provides details on the procedures to be followed for dealing with Accidents & Emergencies.

IMPORTANT NOTE
All Accidents taking place on CRFC premises and grounds must be recorded in the CRFC Accident Report Book which is kept in the CRFC Office

2] The Reportable Injury Event Form:

This form must be used to report any injuries that occur whilst playing rugby or taking part in organised rugby training sessions where:

Either: A player who sustains an injury that results in them being admitted to a hospital, even if this is after the date of the accident.This does not include players taken to an A&E Department and allowed home

Or: Death occurrs during the game/training session or within 6 hours of the game/training session finishing.
