Current tasks / roles needed at the club

• b]Organise community engagement[/b] - local events (Crowfest, carnival, fetes)
• Take photographs – senior matches every week and youth games
• Help create and post on social media - Write match reports, club, age grade new
• Organise and grow volunteer group
• Identify club facilities hire opportunities
• Identify sponsor and advertising opportunities
• Support in finance/admin
• Support in HR and contracts
• Working behind bar – evenings, weekends
• Help in kitchen – order taking, serving
• Help increase food & drink sales on Sundays
• Organise car parking – training/ match days
• Help keep documented policies and procedure up to date
• Keep facilities in good repair - Friday club
• Organising social events
• Help create and update a fixture programme
• Help identify rugby talent - spotter
• Help create directory of businesses and individuals that can provide career advice, work experience, temporary or permanent jobs for our players leaving school or uni (work & play programme)
